What is your cancellation policy?

All cancellations are subject to a 100% project fee for all work completed up to point of cancellation.

Any projects placed on hold by the client for more than 30 days will be considered canceled and fees applied.

All cancellations on print projects before printing has started are subject to 100% project fee plus 25% printer's fee.

All cancellations on completed print projects are subject to 100% project fee and 100% printer's fee.

In the event of cancellation, Aim It Media will retain all rights to all work completed on that project up to the point of cancellation if all cancellation and additional fees are not paid-in-full within 30 days of cancellation.
